TYLER, TX (KLTV) - It did not take long for East Texas to become a target for Arkansas Football under the new leadership of Edgewood's Chad Morris.

Just a week after Morris was named the head coach of the Razorbacks, the new Arkansas head coach has targeted two East Texas recruits.

Despite verbally committing to Texas A&M, Morris and his staff offered Tyree Wilson of West Rusk. Wilson could sign with the Aggies in the upcoming early signing period that starts on Wednesday.

Morris is also looking to next year. Arkansas is the 6th school to jump on the bandwagon of Lufkin's Carl Williams. The junior Panther has become a force on defense. He already had offers from Houston, Oklahoma, TCU, Tulsa and Morris' former school, SMU.
